After searching back through, I discovered a 1989-P quarter that showed strike weakness on both sides and was rather thin. I weighed it (4.353g) to confirm it is dime stock! My assessment is it’s XF, but there’s counting wheel damage on the 3 o’clock obverse (shame!).
