I raised the rear first by lifting at the midpoint between the two rear wheels, put in 2 jack stands, then raised the front at the midpoint between the two front wheels and placed 2 more jack stands. Jack stands were placed at the points shown in the manual to raise the vehicle when changing a wheel. Rock solid and pretty easy.

Since I can't really see or feel the front center point to make sure it is aligned, my thought was to put the rear on jack stand and then individually lift the front tires from the side jack points.
