Thanks. goto desktop mode, open yuzu and right click the game, open mods directory. There you will drag and drop your mod folder then restart yuzu. Once you restart you right click the same game and go to properties and check what mods are active or not. make sure you dont have anything you dont want active ex: ultra widescreen support.

I think r/steamdecktricks has a guide that might be useful. The best way would likely be to run reshade globally across Vulcan since that's what yuzu will likely be rendering in. I think it might have been fixed with version 971, but 960 is stable and verified to work. If you get yuzu through discover app it will install 970 right now, so you need to manually download version 960 .appimage from GitHub or wait for 971 to be available in discover and try it
