Clearly showed up on my app. They the acted like they were doing me a favor by throwing in 4 donuts to the 6 in the box. Excuse but I paid for 12. I asked where my refund was. Then o received my refund. Oh so sorry. And the donuts tasted day old. Not a good location at all. Stay far away. And especially do not use the mobile app for Dunkin'.
Technically you shouldn't get a refund from the store when ordering through mobile, you didn't pay the store, you payed Dunkin directly, so the refund should always be issued by who renowned the money, in your case ordering manila you should call support to issue your refund, if you don't agree then you need to head back to the stone age and ...At my store it’s because mobile orders are our bottom priority.
