Farm the mod at the two vendors in Watoga. The Enclave Plasma Rifle with Flamer Mod already attached can also randomly drop from the Dropped Connection event. I've had the most luck at Harper's Ferry, but the others can drop it to, it just seems to be at a lower rate, at least for me.It is the opposite for me. Phoenix has never had even one enclave plasma mod in the hundreds of times I've visited. I have 3 or more of every mod other than the flamer barrels, which all came from the watoga station vendor. For whatever reason, he has never dropped a flamer mod. I haven't found any other vendor who carries enclave plasma mods.

I changed the flamer attachment to automatic barrel and the automatic rifle perks increased it's damage. I didn't see any attachment for an automatic flamer mod.The best way to get certain mods is buy the enclave base gun with certain/ stocks mods on them, from the enclave themselves. You can also get enclave mods from the watoga vendors. Also doing dropped connection enclave event could give you mods aswell. Switch servers for different vendor loot. Both Watoga vendors sell them. Wohoooo Finally found the flamer mod for enclave plasma gun. I did server hop for 1 -2 hrs can't remember and I got this mod from watoga station. I read somewhere that it can spawn at 3 vendors i.e. watoga station, watoga shopping mall vendor and R&G station. What I did was had my survival camp at R&G station and 1 camp near Watoga station.Enclave flamer uses Rifleman perks. You're gonna need the Rifleman perks for it due to some bizarre FO76 logic. The Enclave flamer drops with a fixed configuration with few mods available for it. Basically, the mods includes scopes and flamer barrels. There is a prime plan for the receiver, but that's it for plans. So, you basically need the Enclave Plasma Rifle to drop with a Reflex sight and that is the most sought after version.
