A scam. Negotiate a deal with a local dealership thru TrueCar.com which I accepted and made an appointment for the next day to close. Was given a TrueCar deal code to take to the dealer. When I did so, the dealer said he would not honor that deal. Attempted to contact TrueCar customer service 3 times via email and got no response.
