All Commonwealth of Massachusetts employees must complete the Conflict of Interest training and acknowledge receipt of the Summary Conflict of Interest Law for State Employees online in HR Direct. Employees receive an e-mail invitation to complete the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission on-line training. Course completion is required. You may call the Commission at (617) 371-9500 to request confidential advice from the Attorney of the Day. The attorney will call you back within 1 to 2 business days. You may send the Commission a request for written advice. You will receive a written response within 30 days. You may also request telephone or written advice online below. A new electronic filing application is available for SFI filers. Filers can contact the Commission at (617) 371-9500 for filing assistance. Filers are strongly encouraged to file electronically.
