Subaru outback driver window reset.

I ran the three windows through a "reset" I found on Youtube. At each individual switch, opened the window and closed it twice, and held the switch for 3-5 seconds upon closing. That reset everything and now all windows can be controlled from driver's door. There's a window reset procedure that might fix this - maybe caused by the battery disconnect. I believe it's in the owner's manual, but I have a bookmark with the procedure. I'm guessing you can do it on your passenger side, too.

Hello. Our 2011 Outback Premium 2.5i driver side front window isn’t going down. My wife did get something caught in it, but it worked after that. The other 3 front door driver’s window switches work. I checked the #3 fuse and it appears to be ok. There was no fuse in the 27 spot. I’m not sure if there was supposed to be. Thanks for any help.

After the dealer reset failed to correct the window bounce, the service writer just use a screwdriver to clean out gunk in the window's upper channel. Problem solved! The bounce was just caused by gunk blocking full closure. Make sure the window lockout button on the driver's door window switch didn't get accidentally pushed. Good point, although on my 18 if I engage the window lockout switch I can still operate the front passenger window from the driver's master control. There is a fuse box under the hood on the driver's side (with spare fuses in the lid) and another in the driver's side under dash. Both covers have legends on them describing the fuses.
