For my money I think the Kirkhammer is probably the top-tier weapon for dedicated strength builds. Almost equal scaling with the Wheel but with a good moveset and versatility besides. Also it's probably the coolest "trick" in the game. The 3 best weapons for strength are Logarius Wheel, Kirkhammer, and the Tonitrus.Lone Survivor is the most efficient starting class for a blood build, and the Chikage is going to be your weapon of choice. Final stats will probably be 50 vit 25 end 10 str 14 skill 50 bloodtinge, though you can redirect some points to skill if you want more flexibility with the Chikage. Unfortunately the clinic skip doesn't work anymore, but ... Reiterpallasch is more of a pure skill weapon. The only blood damage dealing attack is the gun shot, which doesn’t have the best scaling. If you go 50 in both stats, you can use pure skill weapons and bloodtinge weapons. Bloodtinge in particular needs lots of investment to shine. But holy blade scales a bit better with str. Rifle spear is quite early on, same with holy blade. I forgot to mention that you get the rapier in the same place as the katana. What a superb demon!
