From the diagram I found, this is Ground 102. I can barely touch it and the wire has no stiffness at the connector. It may be hanging together with just a strand.The one that causes the most problems is the common ground splice pack #105. It is a small black plastic box that contains a connector where all the applicable grounds terminate. The real problem with the Splice-Packs though is that the individual wires' push-on crimp-connector at the end of each wire that mates with the fingers on (bottom of) the Splice-Pack will become less than tight over time with road vibration, and corrosion eventually ... 1. Remove the bolt holding the box and clean the surfaces of the fender wall and the box tab. With a small screwdriver, pry open the box and check and clean inside as necessary. 2. Remove the box and open it. Replace all the wire terminals with ring terminals and bolt all of the grounds directly to the fender wall. Discard the box.
