Gmc sierra radio display not working.

Gauge cluster and radio won't work. Radio, high beam indicator, tow/haul mode indicator, tachometer, odometer, and spedometer won't work. Volt meter and oil pressure still work, as well as turn indicators. Included with the odometer are my shift positions (P R D 1 2 3) aren't showing up. My truck is a 2000 Silverado.
