Picked up FX this morning from the dealer and all seems to work normal like before. The part number is listed as : DEVICE ASSY-TRANSMIS- 34901 - 1CA1C - search for 349011CA1C or 34901 - 1CA1C some sites want the dash and some don't. My initial google search turns up a cost of $309 with a MSRP of $436.

I had applied the brakes and was making a right turn to park when the steering wheel became hard to turn. When accelerating the car steers fine.
