I have horrible chronic pain and a sleep disorder and it was either Kratom or an intrathecal pain pump in my 20s. Drinking Kratom tea doesn’t necessarily mean she’s high or impaired. Kona Kratom. This is my first time trying Kona. I’ve heard good things so I decided to try the red sample pack. Red Borneo, Red Thai, Red Bali, Red Horn and Red Sumatra. I’ve been taking kratom for about 2 years and my typical go to vendors have been Krabot, New Dawn, YLYL and recently Benni’s.

3-4 grams every 4-6 hours on average. One dose at 5 pm of 3.7g. Sometimes on a day off I’ll add 1.5g in the morning. I take one tablespoon, so about 4 grams, 4-5 times a day, just depends on what I'm doing and how I'm feeling. Sometimes I will feel like I'm withdrawing g after 3-4 hours, sometimes I can go longer.
