I noticed Uncle Bens is very basic, compared to a Walmarts brand. 2 things whole grain brown rice and a little bit of oil. Its sterilized at an industrial level and has a clear window on the back. Any cubensis will work well! People say PE and APE are more potent, but they take a lot longer and require more patience.
