Dec 4, 2007 · I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon TJ with 79,400 miles. I purchased it a year ago with 72,500 miles. It's in decent shape and has not given me any problems other than the rear main seal (dealer repaired at their cost) and the radiator replaced at my cost. My newest problem is that intermittently, my TJ goes into "LIMP" mode. check your connections at the trans. Remove them, spray with electronics cleaner and secure the plugs. Reset with the code with obd2 reader and drive around seeing if the code pops back up. If it does then the sensor itself would be my next option.
