Operator specialties r6 not working.

The operator specialties were available to me before but after I unplugged my ps5 and went back on r6, it gave me the option to choose online data or local data. I chose online data but then the operator specialties been locked ever since. How do I fix it? Restarting didnt help? EDIT: Just checked my emails - I logged a support ticket since I wasn't getting the final renown amounts for completing all 3 challenges for each operator and they have responded saying they are working on a fix. So it is probably locked while they work on fixing it. I had jager, twitch, and ela already owned when completing their specialties. I should have recieved 12,000 renown as compensation, but when it said i claimed it, nothing was rewarded. Free 48k (more, actually) renown for longtime players, or a lot of good operators for new players. HOWEVER, this feels worse than Reputation Beta when it released. Challenges will sometimes not count. I deployed at least 50 traps, and the counter for that particular challenge did not go up by ONE. I wait overnight, maybe they fix it, yes!
