Nope, you’re good! Overloading the antenna should teleport you to the island on the far left of the underworld map and allow you to return to the overworld via the island in Canaveral. It doesn’t stop you from fast travelling between campfires and you can also do the same in the overworld now by installing the upgrade in each link tower.

Evan's farm is just south of your starting bunker on the south side of the wall and a little to the east.
