There is actually a similar one between 1 and 2 but smaller. I took a couple of pictures, not sure how great they will be.

Randy is correct, 450 gas and LP tractors used 4.125 flat tops for standard elevation when built. 400 used step heads for LP until IH started using the same head as a 450 LP on them. Then flat head but 4 inch pistons when built.
