YES! Currently my 2 month old Galaxy z-fold 3 is on its way to Samsung for this same issue. I hadn't noticed it until one day I opened my phone and and noticed the screen protector had separated from the screen starting at the top of the protector down about an inch. I pushed it back down it kept coming up in exactly that spot.

In my personal opinion, the peel is totally fine. I'd probably peel it off and install a replacement protector. I've use replacement screen protectors on my Flip 5G, 3, Fold 2 and 3 and it has been great.
