Bandit is by far the best for this build. Starts with 14 arcane and 13 dex, which allows you to use Reduvia from the get go. The idea is to take arcane and dex to 20, but since bloody slash takes life away and dual weilding requiere good stamina, you will also have to dump point sometime in vigor and endurance early on.
Mix that up with a +9-+10 reduvia and around 60 arcane and every boss just fucking melts like regular hollows. Nah reduvia ain’t bad at all. As others have said it’s nice to have a few swaps, eventually when you get closer to end game you can comfortably have like 2 or 3 +10 weapons right after the capital and have another 3 +9 weapons.
