Doggoneit. Sig did have a problem with the 320 firing when people butterfingered the guns and dropped chambered weapons. They fixed it. I am not an expert or a researcher, so I can not claim to have the definitive answer, but I believe that the "gun fired without me touching it" is simply bogus.
