I have not tried switching TDLs between the P250 and P320. However, the P320 TDL has a notch for the takedown safety lever. The P250 TDL has no notch because it has no takedown safety lever. The P250 TDL would not work in a P320, but I would guess that a P320 TDL would work in a P250.
