Cemu is far ahead, and will likely be so for several years. On Cemu you can run BoTW @ 4K60-ish with an RTX 2070 / RX 5700 XT, or 1440p60 with something like a 1660 Ti. You're able toggle lots of different mods and cheats, which isn't possible with yuzu right now. It's also very light on CPU.

Cemu has great mod support thanks to BCML , I don't think yuzu has anything similar. Yeah you can do 4k 60 fps all day long in botw with tons of other graphical mods. No comparison go cemu. Cemu runs the game1000000 times faster than yuzu. Try the cemv version for the Best botw experience.

You can probably right-click the game in Yuzu's game list. Then there'll likely be an option that says Open Save Directory (I can only guess, I don't use Yuzu). Then you find the option.sav file that the save manager asks for. After you've done that, you right-click the game in Cemu's game list, open the save directory.
