After the Lift and 37s I have put an additional 5.3K miles averaging 11.8 mpg, please keep in mind this is with an Un-Corrected Odometer. The 37's are 9% larger than the stock tires and using quick math the corrected mpg comes out to be 12.8 mpgs. Tire pressure in 37" tires. I have a 04 6.0 with 37x13.5 Toyo's on it. Most people run way more air in their tires than needed. I normally let air out until the tire sits flat on the ground. To get a good footprint I had to go to 40psi front and 30 psi rear. This makes sense sinct the front should be heaver than the rear.

Most 12.50 tires are designed for 8.5" width rims at minimum. 9-10" is recommended. Stock wheels are 8 inches wide. There aren't too many 12.50s that will fit 8" rims based on factory documentation.
