Uninstall the game and just delete the geometry dash appdata folder. It just has songs in it anyway and steam will make a new one when you reinstall. Could also be steam acting up, so you can try uninstalling steam and reinstalling it. If not its an issue on your end, meaning it's either windows or outdated drivers.

Sounds like your cc files got corrupted. All you need to do it delete your cc files which can be found be going to this pc > user > your user > appdata > local > geometry dash. Just scroll all the way down until you find 4 cc files. Delete them and try opening again.
