Jeep compass shuts off while driving.

Just wondering if anyone has any constructive criticism about this engine auto off/on. Whenever I come to a full stop even for a brief second the engine shuts down and restarts when I take my foot off the brake and accelerate.Oct 27, 2020 · I have a 2020 Jeep Compass that while driving shuts off without warning and the radio keeps going black. Check the battery cables, make sure they're clean and tight. Also check the battery cable connection to the fuse box / TIPM. Sometimes problems with the engine bay grounds cause headlights to go out, but they tend more to go out and stay out rather than flicker on and off. The lights not shutting off could be a TIPM issue.
