My P is so flawless and such a great shooter, I saw no reason to have both. I shoot my pistols and don’t like safe queens, so it was an easy choice. ZERO, absolute zero regrets buying a Prodigy. Learned the 2011 platform on it. Both the prodigy's were $1400 OTD at a lgs. so $1,000 savings vs the Staccato for me (for 1 Prodigy vs 1 Staccato). Of course now I want the P, cause buy all the guns. Even if I add an EGW ignition kit to the 5", I'd still be $850 cheaper than the P. For some that is pocket change, for others, not so much.
