Ive uninstalled the game multiple times, and the Desktop app Ive Removed all the WTF folders, even followed a thread where it said to open all the files ending in lua and lua bak and CTRL + A and deleting everything, then saving. Honestly, the best way I’ve figured out how to use ElvUI. Open ElvUI, that option in the bottom left of the menu itself. Toggle anchors or whatever, toggle that, click the box that you want to adjust and go through that option.
