The benefit Orphix Venom has is guaranteeing ...If you're running mousolon, the alt fire should do significant damage to the orphix. Bonewidow might be better because they're more energy efficient. Their 4 can damage the orphix regardless of where the blade hits and their 1 can give you a few hundred health back every few seconds so long as the enemy is still alive.

Personally I'd recommend the Bonewidow but I truly believe that they're equally viable and mostly up to personal choice for Orphix Missions.
