The gun had to be dropped from waist high and if it landed at a certain angle on its beavertail area it would go off. I really doubt 3 officers in an agency had this exact same situation happen.

After engaging the threat (s) the finger comes off the trigger. Once the sights are no longer on (a) target that you are not shooting (at), the finger comes off the trigger and the decocker is employed. I own two p320s xcompact and x5 and 2 p365s p365 p365sas. I believe most the discharges are negligence or use of incorrect holsters. Ive carried one of mine every single day for over 2 years no issues.
