Supposedly on seasonal hold since 10-28-2023. Being billed full monthly cost since Nov. Ticket issued by billing on 11-15. After calling and chatting 7 times since to billing and Seasonal people still billed and getting late fees. Told today ticket has been closed. Nothing done to fix problem.
